Job Title: Senior Automation Tester Java/Selenium

Location: Albany, NY Hybrid
Work Schedule: Onsite 2 days per week plus every other Friday
Deloitte is seeking an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in Core Java and Selenium WebDriver to support large-scale enterprise applications. The candidate will develop and maintain automated regression frameworks, create complex test scripts, and support CI/CD-based testing initiatives.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of software application testing experience
At least 3 years testing complex to highly complex software systems
2+ years developing automation frameworks using Selenium with Java
Strong Core Java coding skills
Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks
Strong Selenium WebDriver experience
Experience automating complex business rules and workflows
Experience with SQL queries for data validation
Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD processes
Experience with Git/GitHub or IBM RTC
Strong software verification and validation experience
Mobile application testing experience
Develop and maintain automated regression test suites
Create Java/Selenium automation scripts for complex business scenarios
Analyze requirements and build comprehensive automation coverage
Develop and enhance automation frameworks
Validate data using SQL queries
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Work with Jenkins, TestNG, Git, and related testing technologies
Identify defects and collaborate with development teams on resolution
Execute functional, integration, and regression automation testing
Improve test coverage and automation framework reliability
